Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline generation for the Public Sector Healthcare (PSHC) segment across the Americas. In this role, you will partner with Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales to develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B demand generation , experience marketing to Public Sector and/or Healthcare organizations , and hands-on expertise with Marketo , CRM platforms, and multi-channel campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Demand Creation

• Develop and execute targeted demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth across Public Sector and Healthcare accounts.
• Partner with Field Marketing to identify pipeline gaps and create campaigns aligned with regional priorities.
• Build integrated marketing programs that support pipeline acceleration and revenue objectives.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including:
  • Content Syndication
  • Paid Social
  • Email Marketing
  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Nurture Programs
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams on SEM, paid media, and display campaigns.

Lead Nurturing & Lifecycle Marketing

• Design and manage nurture campaigns aligned with complex enterprise buying cycles.
• Develop targeted messaging and content to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Improve lead quality and conversion through effective lifecycle marketing.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns using Marketo .
• Manage campaign reporting and monitor key performance metrics including:
  • MQLs
  • SQLs
  • Pipeline Generation
  • Conversion Rates
  • Campaign ROI
• Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with:
  • Field Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Growth Marketing Operations
  • SDR/GDR Teams
  • Sales Leadership
• Ensure timely lead follow-up and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Database & Vendor Management

• Expand and maintain a high-quality Public Sector Healthcare marketing database.
• Ensure accurate audience segmentation and targeting.
• Manage external vendors and monitor campaign delivery, budgets, and lead quality.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• 4+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or Field Marketing .
• Experience marketing to Public Sector and/or Healthcare organizations .
• Background in Enterprise SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology .
• Hands-on experience with Marketo (preferred) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including Content Syndication and Paid Social.
• Strong understanding of:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Knowledge of Public Sector procurement processes and Healthcare buying cycles.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations across the Americas.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Integrate, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
