Job Overview Embassy of Saxonburg is hiring dedicated, positive, and passionate Registered Nurses to join our staff. Current openings: Full‑time 6a‑2p and part‑time 10p‑6a. Responsibilities Supervise nursing personnel. Handle desk and clinical follow‑up tasks. Work Hours & Environment 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts. Monthly staff engagement events. Qualifications Current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Capable of making independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Skilled at dealing tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care. Leadership and supervisory ability; willing to work harmoniously with and supervise others. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, and policies necessary for quality care. Patience, tact, cheerfulness, enthusiasm, and ability to handle difficult residents. Willingness to seek out new methods and principles and incorporate them into nursing practices. Ability to communicate information concerning a resident’s condition. Should not present a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace.
