Business Technology Manager - MUST be bilingual in Spanish About the Role Our client, a growing and fast-paced technology company, is looking for a Business Technology Manager to own their technology roadmap end to end — from infrastructure and cybersecurity to software development oversight and AI adoption. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO, ideal for someone who sees technology as a growth driver, not just a system to keep running. What You’ll Do Own the company's overall technology roadmap and continuously identify ways to improve operations through technology Serve as the primary liaison to the company's MSP, software development team, and other technology vendors Ensure IT infrastructure stays secure, reliable, scalable, and well maintained Partner with the Compliance Officer on cybersecurity, ISO 27001, and related compliance initiatives Oversee hardware lifecycle, software licensing, user provisioning, and IT asset management Partner with the software development team to prioritize projects and align development with business priorities Meet regularly with department leaders to identify pain points and recommend technology-driven solutions Lead technology projects — infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, automation, AI adoption, and ERP enhancements Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software platforms, AI tools, and vendors Develop technology policies, standards, documentation, and disaster recovery procedures Build and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring investments align with business goals Track technology performance via KPIs and report progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership What You’ll Bring Strong understanding of IT infrastructure — networking, servers, cloud environments, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and backup/disaster recovery Experience managing MSPs and holding vendors accountable for performance and delivery Comfort overseeing both on-premises and cloud environments Experience managing or working closely with software development teams using modern development methodologies Ability to translate business needs into software requirements and prioritize development efforts Strong project management skills leading technology initiatives from planning through implementation Experience identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process improvement Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices, identity and access management, and disaster recovery planning Experience supporting compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 (or similar frameworks) Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, operations, finance, sales, and executive leadership Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing technology vendors and platforms Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Fluent Spanish required Who You Are Business-minded, strategic, and hands-on.
