Echo Technician | Apopka, Florida

Bring your expertise in echocardiography to a collaborative healthcare setting focused on pediatric care. This contract position is ideal for an experienced Echo Tech with a background in performing pediatric ultrasounds. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team utilizing advanced imaging technology.


Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a pediatric sonographer
• Proficient at performing pediatric echocardiograms with a strong knowledge base in imaging best practices
• Experience with Philips Epiq series ultrasound equipment required
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR for documentation and workflow
• Skilled in using Syngo Dynamics imaging software
• Active certification: ARDMS- RDCS (PE) or CCI (RCCS) required
• No additional licenses beyond registries needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric echocardiograms ensuring image quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists and provide preliminary findings for review
• Maintain accurate patient records within EPIC and Syngo Dynamics systems
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Adhere to established protocols for documentation and communication with care teams
