Assistant Program Director, Bachelor of Science in NursingStanbridge University is seeking an experienced and collaborative Assistant Program Director for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program. Reporting to the Program Director, this role supports program operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes.The Assistant Program Director plays a key role in maintaining academic quality, regulatory compliance, and a strong student learning environment. This position contributes directly to faculty effectiveness and student success outcomes through data-informed decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and continuous program improvement.This is an coordinate daily operations of the BSN program, including student advisement and clinical education oversightPartner with the Program Director to ensure alignment with program goals, institutional priorities, and accreditation standardsContribute to continuous program evaluation and improvement through data analysis and outcome trackingFaculty Leadership & DevelopmentSupport faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation in accordance with institutional and accreditation guidelinesProvide guidance to faculty to ensure effective instruction and student engagementPromote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and instructional excellenceCurriculum & Academic QualityAssist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum in alignment with BRN and institutional standardsSupport shared governance processes related to curriculum updates and improvementsEnsure consistency and quality across course delivery, clinical instruction, and learning outcomesStudent Success & OutcomesMonitor student performance, progression, and program outcomesSupport strategies to improve retention, completion, and NCLEX performancePromote effective use of ATI resources and data-driven interventionsCompliance & AccreditationEnsure adherence to institutional policies and accreditation requirementsSupport preparation of reports, documentation, and communications with accrediting agenciesMonitor program materials and publications for compliance and accuracyQualificationsEducation & LicensureMaster's degree or higher from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administrationCurrent, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (BRN)ExperienceMinimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a nursing education program or related disciplineMinimum of three (3) years of experience as full-time faculty in a pre- or post-licensure nursing programMinimum of one (1) year of experience teaching in an online or hybrid learning environmentMinimum of four (4) years of continuous full-time experience (or equivalent) as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care within the past five (5) yearsSkills & CompetenciesStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze data and apply findings to program improvementEffective organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and manage competing responsibilitiesCollaborative leadership style with strong
