We are seeking a driven and connected Sales Representative to join our team in New York City. Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Representative (Private Label Footwear) with at least 5-10 years of experience in the footwear or fashion industry. This individual should have established relationships with retailers and brands, a proven ability to grow accounts, and the drive to bring in new business opportunities. The role is ideal for someone experienced and resourceful; someone who thrives in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow sales for our private label footwear programs across men's and women's categories. Leverage existing retail and brand relationships to open doors and drive new business. Identify and pursue opportunities with department stores, specialty retailers, e-commerce players, and emerging brand partners. Partner closely with our design and product development teams to align collections with customer needs. Manage account relationships, from initial pitch through order placement, delivery, and follow‑up. Negotiate pricing, terms, and program details in collaboration with senior management. Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis. Represent the company at trade shows, line presentations, and client meetings. Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in footwear or related fashion categories. Strong network of retail and brand contacts in the U.S. market (department stores, specialty chains, DTC/e-commerce). Demonstrated success in growing private label or branded sales.
