Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ER Emergency Room team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is deal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and unit level
• Provide clinical care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room setting
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff under supervision
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (Navy Blue scrubs)
• Complete a 52-week assignment commitment

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant ER Emergency Room experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
