General Manager in Training

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager in Training. This position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development for individuals interested in pursuing a career in retail management. Responsibilities Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Learn and apply effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or as an assistant manager is preferred Excellent team management and leadership abilities Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week Shift: Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed Work Location: In person (Saint Clairsville, OH 43950 – relocate before starting work) Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
