Personal Banker - Spring Branch

Overview We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Banker for our Spring Branch location. The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. Responsibilities Provide first-rate member service and meet monthly goals, while seeking ongoing cross-sell opportunities. Manage multiple appointments in a busy environment and complete a variety of daily administrative tasks. Solicit new members and assist existing members with credit union products and services. Maintain a positive, member-focused approach and contribute to a high-performing sales culture. Qualifications Minimum of one to three years of prior sales or banking experience with a track record of meeting goals/quotas. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Saturday availability is required.
