Technical Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating a specialized team in the acquisition and modeling of external clinical data, ensuring timely delivery of complex dependencies, and managing agile processes in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Lead technical working sessions focused on FHIR structure design and CDA-to-FHIR mapping strategies Drive the end-to-end delivery of the data modeling framework while managing backlog dependencies Maintain a high-integrity backlog in JIRA and provide robust progress reporting to senior leadership Qualifications & Requirements Technical literacy in FHIR resources, JSON structures, and data normalization concepts Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience with expertise in JIRA Proven track record of moving projects from abstract design to technical delivery Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks in data-heavy environments
