About the role

In this role, you will have full day-to-day operational and commercial control supported by our centralized functions at London Central Support (CS).

The skills we are looking for are:

• Essent ial: We are looking for an individual who has strong people management and leadership skills.
• Essent ial: An understanding of hotel revenue management, sales, marketing activity, and working with centralized functions.
• Desira ble: Experience of working in a unionized environment.
• Experience of developing, driving and engaging management and teams.
• Be highly confident in abilities and be considered a creative person who can tackle complex assignments and identify unique ways to generate incremental revenues throughout.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by using their outgoing personality to interact with guests, employees, CS and others.
