Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate Governance & M&A

Wilks Brothers, LLC is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the legal adviser to the holding company and its operating subsidiaries, driving strategy across governance, commercial transactions, M&A, and compliance from our Cisco, TX facility.

The role partners with executive leadership to protect enterprise value, manage risk, and ensure regulatory sound practices across the organization. 10+ years of senior-level experience and strong negotiation and leadership skills are required.
