Assistant Maintenance — Property Upkeep & Safety
Valiant Residential
Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance to support the maintenance supervisor and steward the property's physical condition. You will partner with the leasing team to maximize renewals while ensuring safety first and adherence to policy. You will handle residents' service requests within 24 hours, perform routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related tasks, and keep accurate maintenance records. #J-18808-Ljbffr Valiant Residential
