Job Title: PKI Support Agent Job Category: Service Contract Act Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is seeking a cleared PKI Support Agent at our location in Charleston, SC. You will support the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) NIPR (Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router) team with communications, documentation, user approvals, and customer service. What You’ll Get to Do: Perform duties of a Local Registration Authority (LRA) - Person who collects and authenticates subscribers’ identity information for software certificates and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) hardware token, which is subsequently entered into public key certificates. Help produce the Daily Reports. Weekly SIPR PKI conference/data calls. Provide client support (NAVY - SPAWAR/NIWC) regarding their day-to-day operational tasks. Develop SOPs and knowledgebase articles - as needed - to ensure continuous improvement. Assist in completion of account inventory actions. You’ll Bring These Qualifications: An active DoD Secret Clearance. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: CompTIA Network Plus. CompTIA A+. Pay Range: This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location. Minimum Required Hourly Wage: $23.26 There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
