Shredder is the app for skiers and snowboarders. We move fast, we build in public, and we want the whole world to feel what our community feels on the mountain. We're looking for a Videographer to be the eyes and lens of the brand — capturing the energy behind the scenes, turning it into content that stops the scroll, and running our podcast end to end. If you love cameras, live for the edit, and want a space where you can actually create every single day — this is it. What you\'ll do Capture the story. Film behind-the-scenes content, vlogs, and livestreams that show the real, unfiltered energy of building Shredder. Cut clips that hit. Edit short-form content that\'s fast, punchy, and made to perform across social. Run the podcast. Own it end to end — film every episode, edit it into something polished, and handle guests from the moment they walk in. What we\'re looking for You\'re someone who sees a moment and knows how to frame it. You\'re comfortable shooting solo, you can turn footage around quickly, and you take pride in a clean edit. You\'re organized enough to coordinate guests and keep a podcast on schedule, and you\'re excited to be hands-on in a fast-moving startup where no two days look the same. No formal experience required — if you\'ve got the instinct and the drive, we\'ll build the rest together. The setup You\'ll have full access to our whole warehouse — your space to shoot, edit, and create. Having your own equipment is a bonus , not a requirement.
