Overview Peak Management is seeking "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professionals to join our team at our soon to be acquired 400+ unit properties, Devonshire & Lyndon Crossing. Responsibilities Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Prior lease-up experience a PLUS! Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
