Job Opportunity: RN MS/Tele Float
Location: Watertown, New York, 13601
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/15/2026 09/16/2026
Night Shift | 3x12 | 07:00 PM 07:00 AM
Guaranteed 36 Hours Per Week
Weekend, Holiday & Call Coverage Required

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of RN MS/Tele experience required
Must be comfortable floating to Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, and Pediatric units
Coronary Care experience required
Traveler must hold a CURRENT New York RN License
Must have completed at least 1 successful travel assignment
First-time travelers will NOT be considered
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required
Previous hospital RN experience preferred
Required Certifications: BLS & ACLS AHA only
Experience with MEDITECH charting required/preferred
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, prioritization, and delegation skills required

Position Overview :
The RN MS/Tele Float will provide high-quality patient care while floating across multiple units as needed, ensuring exceptional nursing support in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The ideal candidate will:
Deliver safe and compassionate patient care across Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, and Pediatric units
Utilize strong assessment and critical-thinking skills in dynamic clinical settings
Demonstrate flexibility and confidence while floating between specialties
Function effectively in stressful situations with strong problem-solving abilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes
May be required to assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed
