If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: Director of NursingLocation: Albuquerque, NM 87112Duration: 9 Weeks (Possible Extension)Work Schedule: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Direct and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services within the facility.Ensure compliance with federal, state, CMS, and facility regulations and standards.Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.Develop staffing plans, schedule, and ensure appropriate nursing coverage.Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership to optimize resident outcomes.Monitor quality assurance, infection prevention, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives.Oversee resident assessments, care planning, documentation, and regulatory surveys.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (West Virginia or Compact License, if applicable).Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred (master's degree preferred but not required).Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care.Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, and long-term care operations.Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic healthcare documentation systems.Ability to effectively lead interdisciplinary teams while ensuring exceptional resident care.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
