Hospital Supply Chain Operations Lead Industry Healthcare / Hospital Operations / Medical Supply Chain Overview Seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee hospital inventory control, supply distribution, and procurement support within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role ensures critical medical supplies are accurately managed, stocked, and delivered to clinical teams while maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee hospital inventory control, including ordering, restocking, receiving, and distribution. Manage supply chain transactions using hospital inventory systems (e.g., INFOR or equivalent). Monitor stock levels and adjust par levels to prevent supply shortages. Troubleshoot urgent supply issues and coordinate alternative sourcing during shortages. Support procurement and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate data and documentation. Maintain supply accuracy across point-of-use systems and storage locations. Collaborate with clinical staff, procurement teams, and supply chain leadership. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures. Provide customer service and support to internal hospital departments. Assist with rollout of new supply chain processes and system updates.
