Discounts on travel, branch services, car batteries, and more. What You’ll Be Doing As a Member Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face in our Harrisburg branch. Daily responsibilities include: Supporting membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance. Processing maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services. Guiding members toward our travel and insurance agents. Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you with the required steps). Performing PennDOT title and license transactions. Taking passport photos and handling International Driver’s Permits. Referring members to additional AAA services and products. Maintaining our high service standards. Greeting and assisting members with professionalism and warmth. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service or sales experience preferred. Already a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months. Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work. Strong communication skills across in‑person, phone, chat, and email channels. Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
