AR Collections Analyst

Tarvos Talent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Collections Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity with a growing company located in Downtown Austin. This hybrid role offers the chance to join a collaborative shared services team and make an immediate impact with a company that values performance and team culture. In this role, you’ll manage high-volume collections activities, support account setup and payment processing, and maintain communication with customers regarding outstanding balances and scheduled payments. You’ll also partner closely with internal teams to ensure accurate account management and contribute to the overall success of the AR function. The ideal candidate will bring prior high-volume collections and accounts receivable experience within a larger company environment, along with strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable navigating multiple systems and utilizing Excel for reporting and analysis, including pivot tables and lookups, while experience with Dynamics environments is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarvos Talent
