You will translate partner and market needs into clear requirements and technical designs, recommend which solutions enter and advance through the incubation pipeline, and shape the technical form of each joint solution alongside partner product and engineering teams. You sit at the intersection of product, technology, and partnerships, turning ambiguous partner opportunities into validated, buildable, commercially sound solution designs.This role helps determine what we build with our partners and why. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Partners & Alliances, Solution Development, Market Development, and Solution Delivery to ensure each solution is technically sound, aligned to market demand, and ready to scale.ResponsibilitiesSolution Requirements & DefinitionTranslate partner capabilities and market needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and measurable success criteriaAuthor and maintain solution requirements and solution definition documents that guide development teams from concept to validated designDefine use cases, target outcomes, and acceptance criteria for each joint solution, and validate them with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders before committing build resourcesTechnical DesignDefine the technical shape of joint solutions in partnership with partner product and engineering teams and internal architects, spanning infrastructure, networking, and AI/data center architecturesMake and document key design decisions and trade-offs, balancing technical feasibility, cost, time-to-market, and customer valueDrive resolution of open technical questions across the solution lifecycle and keep designs coherentCodify reference architectures into repeatable, configurable designs that solution design and delivery teams use to execute customer engagements without redesignRoadmap & PortfolioMaintain prioritization and the roadmap for which partner solutions are designed and advanced through the incubation pipelineBuild the business case for each candidate solution: market opportunity, partner commitment, technical viability, and expected outcomesTrack the solution portfolio across stages, balancing near-term delivery against longer-term bets, and make clear go / no-go and sequencing recommendations to leadershipCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a central design and product point of contact across Product Management, Partners & Alliances, Solution Development, Market Development, and Solution DeliveryAlign partner business development, product, and internal stakeholders on solution scope, design direction, and prioritiesPartner with Market Development on go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for each solutionLead design reviews and stage gates, and synthesize feedback into stronger solution definitionsQualifications7+ years in product management, solution design, or technical solution development within a technology, infrastructure, or partner ecosystem environmentDemonstrated ownership of products or solutions from requirements through technical design and launchStrong technical fluency across infrastructure, networking, and/or AI/data center architectures, sufficient to lead design decisions with partner engineering teams (hands-on engineering not required)Proven ability to write clear business cases, solution requirements, go-to-market strategy, and reference architecture documentationExperience prioritizing a roadmap or portfolio and building business cases for investmentExcellent communication skills, including aligning technical and commercial stakeholders and presenting design recommendations to leadershipExperience with strategic technology partners or joint solution development strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field; equivalent experience consideredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 154,000 - 232,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Denver Office DEO : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 186,000 - 280,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Tampa Office TAO : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
