Driver Onboarding & Compliance Specialist
Roadrunner
Roadrunner is seeking a Driver Processing & Onboarding Specialist in Downers Grove, IL. You will own the end-to-end post-offer processing, verify compliance docs, review MVR/PSP/ Clearinghouse reports, and keep Tenstreet updated in real time to ensure a smooth path to orientation. You’ll coordinate with Safety, Orientation, Fleet, and recruiting to eliminate bottlenecks and protect retention.
