Hematology RN Case Manager

Job Title

Provides case management and infusions for the pediatric hematology and oncology outpatient population.

Responsibilities include psychosocial care of families; education and support to the child and family throughout treatment; telephone triage, work within a multidisciplinary team including outpatient, inpatient and community settings. Participates in the research process including documentation and data collection.

Required qualifications:

• 4 year degree BSN/BAN
• Current MN RN license
• Current BLS Certification
• CPON preferred
• Current Pediatric Hematology Oncology experience preferred

Salary range is based on market competitive data and factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
