Software Quality Analyst

Our client, a leading global hospitality company with a portfolio of world-renowned brands is seeking a dedicated Software Quality Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Software Quality Analyst , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet both functional and technical standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the organization. Job Title: Software Quality Analyst Location: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $45-50/hr W2 What's the Job? Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements reviews, test planning, estimation, release validation, and production support. Design and execute risk-based functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests. Document test results, investigate defects using logs and payloads, and communicate quality risks to relevant teams. Improve test coverage, automation, and quality engineering processes while independently prioritizing work and recommending release-readiness decisions. What's Needed?
