Job Summary

A growing life safety and security solutions provider is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity based near Brownsville, TN, serving the Greater Memphis area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping customers protect their facilities with fire protection, fire alarm, security camera, access control, and low-voltage solutions.

The Outside Sales Representative will work closely with estimating, design, and project management teams to deliver accurate solutions and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within fire protection, fire alarm, security, access control, and low-voltage markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, electrical contractors, general contractors, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings to evaluate project needs and present tailored solutions.
- Partner with estimating teams to prepare accurate proposals, bids, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with design, estimating, and project management teams to support customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, local codes, and standards while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
