Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in software development and expertise in Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead design, architecture, and development of robust Python-based solutions.
Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of Python developers, fostering growth.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure optimal performance.
Project Delivery: Oversee project timelines, manage workflow, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years in Python development, with proven leadership experience.
Python: Deep expertise in Python, OOP, standard libraries, dependency management.
Frameworks: Strong experience with Django, Flask, or similar.
Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).
APIs: RESTful API design and implementation.
DevOps: Git, Docker, CI/CD.
Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP experience is a plus.
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum
