LilPullman's House of Waxx is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role focuses on creating compelling visuals for brand campaigns, social media, promotional content, and marketing materials within the sports card and trading card game (TCG) industry.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, has a strong portfolio, and can deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround times. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, incorporating feedback, and maintaining brand consistency in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to events, conferences, and trade shows may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for brand campaigns, social media, product promotions, and marketing materials.
• Create eye-catching thumbnails with quick turnaround times.
• Develop digital assets and print materials, including advertisements, signage, and event collateral.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images for digital and promotional use.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts from initial brief to final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate revisions efficiently.
• Prepare and organize design files for production, publishing, and future use.
• Support events and trade shows with creative materials and on-site needs as required.

Required Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills across digital and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create polished designs quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience with brand identity, digital illustration, and thumbnail design.
• Experience creating promotional materials for events or trade shows.
• Photography, photo editing, and experience using a professional camera.
• Personal or professional familiarity with sports cards, collectibles, or TCG.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $40,000–$65,000 , with eligibility for semiannual performance bonuses.
