Private Club GM/COO: Strategy, Operations & Leadership

The Apawamis Club in Rye, NY seeks a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead its multi‑amenity private club operation with strong financial discipline and a member‑driven service culture.

The successful candidate will own P&L, lead capital planning, develop a high‑performing senior team, and build repeatable operating systems across dining, golf, racquets, aquatics and fitness while preserving the Club’s traditions and relationships with members and staff.
