This role operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, and involves occasional handling of confidential information. Proficiency with Webex and Cisco phone systems is expected, alongside frequent coordination with other departments. This position offers opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors promptly and courteously
Handle incoming telephone calls using the Cisco phone system
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries
Coordinate frequently with other departments to facilitate communications
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Use Webex for communication and scheduling purposes

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in administrative support
Telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Customer service experience
