Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Floor registered nurse is needed in BEACHWOOD, Ohio. This position involves working in a float pool environment, providing care across various units such as medical/surgical telemetry, flex units, observation units, and emergency department holds. The role offers the opportunity to work on a day shift with a schedule of 12-hour shifts, alternating weekends and holidays, beginning August 1, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: BEACHWOOD, Ohio
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Ohio registered nurse license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; 0 years of experience required; valid degree in nursing or related healthcare field; ability to work in the United States
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units; familiarity with float pool operations; ENA (Emergency Nurses Association) certification is a plus
• Float: Float rotation may be required; the nurse will float to med/surg telemetry, flex units, observation units, and ED holds
• Additional Information: The candidate will be expected to adapt to various clinical settings within the float pool, providing high-quality patient care across multiple units. The position begins on 08/01/2026, with shifts scheduled during daytime hours.
