This role helps support daily living activities, ensures resident comfort and safety, and promotes a positive, respectful environment.**Reporting:**This position reports directly to the Charge Nurse and the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).**Key Responsibilities** • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. • Provide assistance with meals, hydration, and feeding as necessary. • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data accurately. • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents. • Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly. • Support residents with compassion, respect, and dignity at all times. • Assist in maintaining accurate and timely documentation. • Participate in teamwork to ensure high-quality resident care.## What We’re Looking For**Education and License Requirements** • High school diploma or equivalent. • Current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA). • Must be listed in good standing on the Washington State Department of Health Registry.**Qualifications and Skills** • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required.
