Machine Operator
Pallet Services, Inc.
Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery in adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure optimum production output. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure they are in proper working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the maintenance department. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Lumbermill & rotator attachment experience preferred. Proven experience as a machine operator. Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
