School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

School-Based Speech Language Pathologist supports students with speech and language disorders in a 36-week school year in Henrico, Virginia, delivering individualized therapy and collaborating with educators to promote academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop individualized speech therapy plans for students
2. Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
3. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
4. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
5. Ensure compliance with all licensing and school policies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including proficiency with school settings and EMR systems
• Current resume, license, and ability to work within a school environment, with soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and teamwork
