Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology (EP) Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in an EP Lab within a busy Level 1 trauma center, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
• Perform and circulate during complex procedures such as implants, ablations, LAAO, cardioversions, tilt table, and TEE.
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV Teams, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams.
• Utilize EPIC for comprehensive charting and documentation.
• Maintain stamina to meet the demands of a fast-paced lab environment, covering late shifts but not on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; experience as a Charge Nurse preferable.
• Trauma Level I experience is required.
• Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Experience with electrophysiology procedures and equipment such as Biosense Webster Carto and Siemens ultrasound systems.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system is required.
• BSN preferred; candidates must hold VA or compact state licensure at time of submission.
