Compact State Licensed RN Triage

Seeking a full-time Remote Compact State Licensed RN Triage, the position involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, providing clinical guidance, and coordinating care through digital communication platforms in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage using evidence-based protocols Respond to patient concerns via telephone and secure messaging platforms Coordinate care across providers and document assessments accurately within electronic medical records Required qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in a compact licensure state Minimum of 5 years of experience in ambulatory care, outpatient clinic, or primary care nursing Prior RN triage experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting preferred Experience with electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Cerner Ability to work independently while following established clinical protocols
