We are seeking a Project Manager | Performance Testing to join our team. This role will involve assessing, defining, and driving performance testing strategies for multiple projects, managing client relationships, and coordinating seamlessly with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing execution, Neoload, and system monitoring, with a passion for quality delivery and performance engineering.

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performance Testing Strategy and Delivery: Assess, define, and drive performance testing strategies for multiple projects. Plan, prepare, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of performance testing activities to ensure timely delivery and high quality standards while mitigating risks.

• Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and conducting regular status reviews, progress updates, and discussions around new project opportunities, risks, and technical clarifications.

• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document performance testing requirements. Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to clarify non-functional requirements and success criteria, translating business needs into actionable deliverables.

• Offshore Team Coordination & Delivery Management: Collaborate closely with offshore performance testing teams to provide guidance, technical direction, and methodology clarification. Monitor progress, resolve delivery blockers, and ensure project adherence to timelines.

• Onsite Engagement: Work onsite from the client office a minimum of two days per week to support stakeholder collaboration, project governance, and faster decision-making.
