This is not an observational role—you will be actively involved in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and working chairside with the doctor(s) every day.In this role, your practical, real-world experience in an orthodontic practice will be essential. You'll play a direct role in transforming smiles while helping create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every patient.What You'll Do:Provide hands-on chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and professionalismWork closely with the doctor(s), especially on clear aligner treatment cases, from start to finishMaintain detailed and accurate electronic patient charts, including treatment plans, progress notes, and appointment documentationEducate patients by delivering clear, thorough instructions on orthodontic care and proper oral hygieneContribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes excellent patient careSchedule: Monday through Friday, can start as early as 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM as late asIf you're passionate about orthodontics and value hands-on clinical experience where your skills truly matter, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
