A leading healthcare facility is seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide inpatient pharmacy services during a 13-week travel assignment starting September 8. This role involves active participation in medication management and patient care within a hospital inpatient setting. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of inpatient pharmacy experience and proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and distribute medications accurately for hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document and manage patient information effectively

Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule:

• 7:00 am to 3:30 pm shift

Location:

• Position is located in Paterson, NJ
