Location Cleveland, OH, 44113, United States Base Pay $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 / Year Employee Type Contract We are a leading Kohler Bath Remodel dealer serving Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Florida, and West Virginia. We seek sales consultants to drive home‑remodel projects and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in‑home sale methodology. Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately. Follow up with the Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of each customer’s project. Basic Qualifications High school degree or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. 2+ years of in‑home or outside sales experience recommended. Who You Are Proven closer with a strong selling attitude. Independent business owner / 1099 independent contractor. Passionate about selling and comfortable traveling within a 2‑hour radius. Self‑motivated, detailed, and organized with strong time‑management skills. Resilient to rejection and competitive in spirit. Owns an iPhone and a 12.9‑inch iPad Pro with cellular service and keyboard. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Schedule Preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday, with optional weekend appointments. Appointments scheduled at three time slots: 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 6:00 pm (Saturday: 10:00 am and 2:00 pm). Road warrior expected to drive 500–1,000 miles per week, up to 3 hours from base.
