Emergency Medicine Physician

Client is seeking qualified Emergency Medicine physicians for a high-priority opportunity in Western Pennsylvania.
This is a community-based Emergency Medicine position with approximately 17,000 annual ED visits, a low admission rate, and a manageable average patient volume of approximately 21 patients per shift.
The position offers a straightforward 12-hour day/night schedule within a non-trauma hospital environment.

8 hours of mid-level coverage

Schedule:
8:00 AM 8:00 PM
8:00 PM 8:00 AM
12-hour shifts are available for both daytime and overnight coverage.

Certification Requirements:
For physicians who are not board certified, the following AHA certifications are required:
ATLS
ACLS
PALS
Specialty Support:
The facility provides non-interventional cardiology support.
Physicians should be comfortable practicing in a community Emergency Department with limited specialty resources and utilizing appropriate transfer pathways when higher-acuity specialty care is required.

The Emergency Department provides:
