As a junior developer, you'll work closely with a talented group of project managers, designers, writers, SEO specialists, and more to roll out great-looking websites that prioritize functionality and user experience.

With a staff of about 25 full-time employees, Campaignium is a full-service agency in downtown Springfield that helps clients leverage data to inform, adapt and improve their digital marketing efforts. Here, you'll work with an interesting and diverse array of clients that includes national companies and local businesses spanning a wide variety of industries and service lines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with custom WordPress & Shopify sites
• Highly knowledgeable in HTML and CSS
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS settings and basic web server administration
• Understanding of email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Proficient in deploying websites
• An ambitious self-starter keen on expanding skills in web development to drive career growth
• Strong online portfolio
• Understanding of user experience/user interface principles
• PHP, JQuery or Javascript
• Maintaining, updating and monitoring hosted websites and site security
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and Sketch
• Project management software
• WPEngine, Cloudways and Cloudflare
• Elementor page builder or similar WordPress page builders
• Website optimization (speed, accessibility, security, etc.)

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in web development or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of agency-side experience developing websites for multiple clients
• 2+ years in web development, design and/or IT experience
