Job Application Specialist (Software Engineering Roles)

### Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to identify, evaluate, and submit applications for software engineering roles on behalf of provided candidate profiles. The goal is to improve application reach, consistency, and speed across multiple job platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

* Search for relevant software engineering job openings across job boards, company websites, and professional platforms
* Match job requirements with provided candidate profiles
* Tailor and submit job applications using predefined resumes/profiles
* Maintain organized tracking of applications (company, role, date, status)
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in submitted applications
* Follow provided guidelines for each profile when applying

### Requirements

* Experience with online job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Basic understanding of software engineering roles and skills (preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple applications efficiently
* Good written communication skills

### Nice to Have

* Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or virtual assistance
* Familiarity with ATS-friendly resumes
* Understanding of tech roles (Frontend, Backend, Data Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML)
