Location: Abilene, TX 79601

Compensation: $17.00–$18.00 per hour (W-2)

Openings: 30+

A day in the life

When your shift starts, you’ll grab your jack, review the pick list, and head down the aisles. You’ll select the right items, stack and secure them on pallets, and stage those pallets for loading. Throughout the shift, you’ll keep a close eye on product dates and rotation so that everything leaving the building is accurate and fresh. You’ll move quickly and safely—meeting productivity goals while following every safety rule in the book.

What you’ll do

Accurately pick, pack, and build pallets for customer orders.
Wrap, label, and stage completed pallets in the correct lanes.
Hit daily productivity and quality targets.
Operate manual and powered pallet jacks/walkie-riders confidently.
Lift, carry, and reposition product for restocking and repack as needed.
Maintain precise date-code accuracy and proper product rotation (FIFO).
Follow all safety procedures at every step.

Available schedules

Sun–Thu, 7:00 pm–5:00 am — 3 months
Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–5:00 pm — 3 months
Sun–Thu, 7:00 pm–5:00 am — 3 months
Mon–Fri, 7:00 pm–5:00 am with occasional Saturday OT — 12 months
Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm — 12 months

What you bring

0–3 years of general work experience.
High school diploma/GED preferred; high school or equivalent required.
Two (2) years of pallet jack experience required.
Ability to operate manual and powered pallet jacks/walkie-riders.
Strong hand–eye coordination, depth perception, and fine motor skills.
Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for long periods.
Physically able to perform continuous lifting, twisting, and grasping.

Dress code

Plain T-shirt in red, black, or grey (no logos).
Optional non-logo baseball cap.

Required safety footwear

Steel/Class 75 protective toe.
Puncture-resistant (Kevlar) sole.
Slip-resistant soles meeting Mark II LS oily/wet test ≥ 0.35.
Minimum 6-inch ankle coverage.
