Transactional Associate Attorney

Transactional associate attorney for corporate and business transaction group at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the corporate and business transaction group to assist with mergers and acquisitions, company, manager, director, and officer liability, business planning and formation, business divorces, and other corporate and LLC business matters, primarily for closely-held businesses and their owners.

The successful candidate will:

· Develop and implement strategies for closely-held businesses and their owners.

· Analyze business legal problems and develop solutions.

· Work collaboratively with attorneys within the firm and clients to solve client problems.

· Draft buy/sell agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, and other documents.

Qualifications:

· Juris doctorate from an accredited law school.

· Membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.

· 3+ years of experience working as an attorney; corporate and business transaction experience preferred.

· Manage and prioritize numerous client matters simultaneously.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
