RN House Supervisor, Nursing Administration, Full time Days, Clarksville

Job Summary Responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for all departments within the facility in the absence of Department Directors. Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Executive. Works in conjunction with other members of nursing service, ancillary services, physicians, patients, and families to ensure quality of care across the continuum. Requires self‑directed, quality focused, and interpersonal communication skills. Maintains staffing, uses critical thinking, responds to codes and rapid responses, and completes admissions, audits, and other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Demonstrates adequate skills in all forms of communication and works well with others. Adheres to established standards, policies, procedures, and protocols; supports the mission and vision of the facility. Maintains appropriate education and development for the position. Completes position responsibilities within established guidelines and timeframes. Performs job functions and management/supervisory skills at an acceptable level. Performs mutually agreed upon goals and objectives based on strategic initiatives. Skills and Capabilities Critical thinking and problem solving. Team communication and cooperation. Self‑directed and quality focused. Ability to respond to codes and rapid responses. Position Qualifications Registered Nurse licensure (LIC-Registered Nurse). Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program. Proficiency in the use of data to make decisions.
