Our Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) are fully integrated members of the care team and play a vital role in clinical decision making, quality initiatives, and delivery room management making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team culture.NNP Position Highlights 54 bed Level III NICU with a busy, high acuity case mix Average daily census of 35 40 patients Collaborative, autonomous practice environment with a strong team culture Full access to a robust network of pediatric subspecialties Comprehensive scope of practice including: Advanced patient assessment and management Therapeutic decision making and treatment planning Participation in high risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations Active involvement in quality improvement and outcome driven initiatives Why Saginaw?
