Radiologic Technologist - 10k Sign On Bonus Eligible

Overview Radiologic Technologist role at Community Health-GoHealth Urgent Care in Central Indiana. Responsible for delivering high‑quality diagnostic imaging and supporting clinicians for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Collaborate with medical providers and assistants to coordinate patient care, communication, and workflow. Perform and analyze X‑ray procedures for diagnostic purposes on patients ranging from newborn to elderly. Position patients accurately and ensure safety and comfort during imaging. Conduct patient interviews, record medical history, and verify visit purpose. Perform preliminary vital signs (blood pressure, weight, temperature) and reference critical findings to providers. Administer point‑of‑care testing (flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, HCG) when required. Maintain accurate medical records and scan charts into electronic systems. Carry out daily equipment checks, calibrations, and quality assurance logs. Identify equipment issues, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets. Support team operations and assist with clinic workflow to keep the center running smoothly. Provide radiation safety practices, adhere to ALARA principles, and database image management. Communicate procedure details and safety information to patients. Qualifications High school diploma required; Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required. Preference for experience in a clinical setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required at hire.
