Occupational Therapist

Float Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-time float OT position available at multiple senior living communities in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. Location: Ellsworth, Orland, Bucksport. $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities and Qualifications Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in senior living communities and homes. Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment. Hold a current OT license or be license eligible in the state of employment. Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; have experience with electronic documentation. Maintain attention to detail and timeliness with documentation. Work well with others in a team setting. Be flexible with hours. Compensation Good faith rate range: $30/hr - $40/hr. Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Full‑time Rehab Director / SLP position available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department. Responsibilities and Qualifications Ensure efficient and effective operations. Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data. Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision. Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor. Provide speech therapy services as needed. Be licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state of employment. Have experience as a treating therapist in the skilled nursing facility setting. Ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
