Human Resources Coordinator

Part-time Human Resources Coordinator role in Heber City, UT providing on-site HR support across the office, factory floor, and active job sites. Recruiting Post open roles Screen applicants Schedule interviews Help move candidates through the hiring process Onboarding Run an onboarding checklist for every new hire Ensure items are completed before day one Follow-ups Keep managers on schedule for check-ins and reviews Check in with new hires through their first 90 days Employee support Serve as the first point of contact for questions related to pay, time off, benefits, and policy Offboarding Handle exit paperwork and related logistics Attend termination conversations as HR’s onsite presence HR administration Maintain an accurate and current HR system and employee records Requirements Experience: 2-4 years of HR experience (recruiting coordination, HR administration, onboarding, or generalist) HR systems: Comfortable using an HRIS/payroll platform day to day (Gusto, Rippling, ADP, Paylocity, or similar) Execution: Excellent follow-through Professional judgment: Discretion and good judgment, including handling sensitive employee information On-site availability: Willing to work across the office, factory floor, and active job sites, including required PPE Travel/transport: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Technologies Gusto Rippling ADP Paylocity HRIS Payroll platform Nice to Have Experience hiring or onboarding hourly and skilled-trades workers Manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or field-service background Familiarity with I-9 / E-Verify and Utah employment basics First 90 Days Success Meet every employee and understand the process, HR system, and managers Keep open roles moving and prevent candidates from going coldEnsure every new hire completes full onboarding with nothing missed Maintain employee records that are accurate and current Work Arrangement Schedule: Approximately 20-25 hours per week across 3-4 days Location: On-site in Heber City, UT, between the Heber City office, the factory, and nearby job sites Flexibility: Schedule is flexible week to week Growth: Room for the role to grow as the organization does Pay and Type Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour Job type: Part time Work location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr HOWMZ llc
